To be eligible for subsidized housing, you must meet all of the following conditions:

1) Applicant is Indigenous.

2) Applicant or co-applicant has at least one dependent under the age of 18 that will be residing in the unit full time.

3) Applicant does not currently reside in subsidized housing.

All other applicants will be placed on the Market Unit List, which is available to all populations.
